[DALLAS] RETAINER + RESCHEDULING POLICY

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward the total cost of your service. This retainer confirms your appointment and reserves our stylist's time. Please note that this retainer is not a deposit and cannot be refunded or transferred to another date or service, except as outlined below:

  • Retainers may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment only once if at least 48 hours' notice is given before your appointment time.

  • If less than 48 hours' notice is given or if the appointment is rescheduled more than once, the retainer is subject to forfeiture, and a new retainer will be required for future bookings.

  • Retainers may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment only once if at least 10 working business day notice is given before your appointment time.

  • Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 10 working business days before your appointment will result in forfeiture of your retainer. A new retainer will be required to rebook.

We’re only in town for a limited time, and space is extremely limited. One-time reschedules may be accommodated if requested before the 10-business-day deadline, and must remain within the same trip dates. If that is not possible, we can hold your retainer for the next trip to your city or one of the other cities on our schedule.

We appreciate your understanding as we work to honor the time and travel required to serve clients in multiple cities.

TIME ZONE ERRORS POLICY

Please double-check the timezone for your appointment to ensure you arrive at the correct time [CST | PST | EST]. If you arrive at the later than scheduled, your appointment may be canceled, and a full charge will apply. To maintain our schedule and serve all clients effectively, we are unable to accommodate early arrivals or make time adjustments.

COVID POLICY

If you are COVID-positive, you must email bookwithhaiya@hercurls.com before you enter the 48 hour window prior to your appointment to reschedule without extra fees. If you do not notify us within this timeframe, you will need to provide proof of a COVID test that includes your name, date, and time to reschedule. Without proper notification or proof of a COVID test, you will be responsible for the full cost of your appointment.

LATE POLICY

We understand that life happens, and so delays happen. However, to avoid late fees, please arrive on time. We allow a 15-minute grace period; beyond that, late arrivals may result in forfeiture of your retainer and full charge for your appointment. This is in place in order to respect our schedule and other clients.

APPOINTMENT SETTING POLICY

All appointments must be booked online as we do not accept walk-ins at this time. If you have any questions about appointment availability or would like to book a color service, please feel free to email us at bookwithhaiya@hercurls.com. We’re here to help! Services can take a minimum of 2 hours.

PHOTO & VIDEO DISCLAIMER

HERcurls reserves the right to use any photographs or videos taken during appointments without the expressed written permission of those included. These materials may be used in publications or other media produced by HERcurls, including but not limited to social media, brochures, websites, invitations, newsletters, magazines, and TV. You may opt out of this during booking or at the top of your scheduled appointment.

HAIR PREPARATION

We kindly ask that you read and follow the detailed instructions on our Hair Prep Guide before your appointment in order to avoid any additional fees for prepping your hair during your appointment. This includes, but is not limited to, shampooing, hair drying, and excessive detangling. If our stylists are unable to easily detangle your hair prior to your dry cut, you may not be properly prepped for your appointment. IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW OUR HAIR PREP GUIDE TO THE LETTER, YOUR APPOINTMENT IS SUBJECT TO BE CANCELED AT THE STYLIST’S DISCRETION, AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL. NO EXCEPTIONS.

PAYMENT

For online appointment retainer, we accept all major credit and debit cards. The balance of your appointment can be paid with cash, Apple Pay, or Zelle. If you are happy with your service and wish to show appreciation to Haiya and/or her assistants, you may do so with cash or through each individual’s Venmo, Apple Cash, or Zelle payment options.

PRODUCT RETURNS + EXCHANGES

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges. If you have questions about using your haircare products to achieve salon results, please reach out to us. If you have issues with your shipped order, let us know—we are happy to assist!
